Thanks to their unique multi-layered structure, which creates an impressive dimension, the D493N put your eyes at the centre of attention. They are lightweight, comfortable and, with the right care, reusable several times – whether for everyday wear or special occasions.

Application

  1. Clean your eyelids thoroughly so they are free of oil and make-up
  2. Carefully remove the lashes from the packaging
  3. Apply a thin strip of lash glue along the lash band
  4. Wait approx. 30 seconds until the glue becomes tacky
  5. Place the lashes directly above your natural lash line and press lightly

Care

Gently clean after each use, carefully remove glue residue and store in the original packaging to preserve their shape.

Follow these simple steps

Wash your hands

Clean your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them carefully before touching your contact lenses – both before and after. This way you avoid germs and residues.

Check the lenses

Check the lenses

Before opening the vials, check that the contact lenses are free of cracks, scratches or other damage. If you notice a defect, please let us know immediately.

Correct handling

Only touch the lenses with your fingertips. Never use your fingernails – always keep them short and clean to protect the delicate lens.

Avoid contact with nails

Avoid contact with nails

Make sure your nails don't touch the lenses. Even a small scratch can damage the material – contact lenses are very delicate!

Look closely at the curve of the lens: if the edge is bent outwards, it is inside out. Only the right way round will it sit comfortably and give you clear vision.

Only use suitable solutions

Only use suitable solutions

Only use high-quality multi-purpose solutions or sterile saline solutions that are expressly suitable for soft contact lenses. Tap water is unsuitable and can contaminate the lenses.

Carefully lift your upper eyelid with one hand. With the other hand, gently pull the lower lid down and gently place the lens on your eye with your index finger.

Centre the lens

Release your eyelids, close your eyes briefly and blink two or three times. Then move your eye gently in a circle so the lens centres perfectly.

If your vision is blurry, there may be oil residue on the lens – or you may have mixed up the lenses.

Removing contact lenses

Gently pull your lower eyelid down, look to the side and slide the lens onto the white of your eye with your middle finger. Then gently pinch it between your thumb and index finger.

Place the lens in the palm of your hand and apply 6–8 drops of fresh multi-purpose solution. Tip: regularly check the expiry date of your care solution.

Gentle rubbing

Rub the lens with your fingertip in circular motions for about 20–30 seconds. Then rinse it with fresh solution to thoroughly remove deposits.

Storage

Storage

Always replace the old solution in the lens case with fresh solution. Repeat the process with the second lens to ensure the highest hygiene.

Complete immersion

Complete immersion

Make sure both lenses are completely immersed in the solution. If they are not fully covered, they can dry out and become unusable.

Replace your contact lens case about every 3 months. This reduces the risk of bacterial growth and helps prevent infections.
