For us, the health of your eyes comes first. That is why it is important that you order your contact lenses with the correct values, to keep your vision clear and your eyes healthy.

To make sure you receive the right contact lenses, we recommend having a professional eye examination before you buy, to determine your current prescription values.

A valid prescription from an ophthalmologist or a specialised contact lens fitter helps us offer you exactly the lenses that meet your individual needs. Don't rely on outdated estimates – only with the correct values will your contact lenses fit perfectly.

At Freshlens, you can order contact lenses without a prescription. We offer you a wide range of eye care products without requiring a doctor's prescription – for simple, convenient ordering that saves you time and effort.

We nevertheless recommend having a comprehensive eye examination every 6 to 12 months, so that your values remain valid and your lenses continue to fit perfectly. After all, your eyesight can change over time.

As a rule, contact lens prescriptions are valid for 2 years. If your last eye examination was longer ago than that, we recommend getting a new prescription from your doctor.

If your prescription is still valid but you can no longer find it: no problem – simply check the specifications on your last package or contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you find out which contact lenses you last ordered.
