Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day,
– on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
Important: Simply returning the goods without explanation does not constitute a cancellation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to opened contact lenses or eyelash packaging.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period has expired.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
