In Germany, shipping is free from €29. Below that, you pay €3.29. EU shipping costs €5.99.
Are the lenses available with prescription?
We currently offer our coloured lenses exclusively without prescription.
Can I return lenses?
Yes, you can return unopened lenses in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Are the lenses tested?
Yes, our lenses are TÜV-tested and CE-certified.
How long can I wear the lenses?
That depends on the lens type (e.g. yearly lenses). The exact wearing period is stated on the respective product page.
