These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop at www.freshlens.eu by consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent immediately after submission via an automated email. The purchase agreement is only concluded upon our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include VAT.
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices.
Orders over €29 qualify for free shipping within Germany.

5. Payment options

The following payment methods are available:

6th delivery

Delivery is only available within Germany.
The average delivery time is 2-4 working days from handover to the shipping service provider.
All products are shipped directly from stock.

7. Right of withdrawal & return

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are unopened and in their original packaging .
For hygiene reasons, products that have already been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Disclaimer

The cosmetic products offered on freshlens.eu are intended solely for cosmetic purposes. Proper use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions is the sole responsibility of the customer. freshlens.eu accepts no liability whatsoever for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect application, or individual intolerances.
Before using the products, we recommend carefully reading the manufacturer's instructions and seeking expert advice if in doubt.

10. Liability for external links

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties, such as image sources, payment service providers, or the European online dispute resolution platform. We have no influence over their content and therefore cannot assume any liability for it. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content. Should we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
